Anaya Ponce is a senior at Sanger High School who grew up in Fresno with two sisters and one brother. She attended Olmos Elementary School, Kings Canyon Middle School, and is now at Sanger High School. Her favorite subjects in school are English and literature. Ponce loves reading different forms of writing and learning about different types of literature. Some things she does in her free time is read and go for nature walks. Ponce’s dream career is to be a flight attendant. She wants to start at Fresno City College to finish her first two years and then transfer to Fresno State to earn a Master’s Degree.
